该宣传片由浙江省人民政府新闻办公室统筹出品，美国CNBC电视台制作，于11月4日正式上线CNBC全球数字端。数字端的投放主要覆盖亚太和欧美地区，投放平台包括CNBC.com网站、CNBCipad、iphone和安卓客户端，预计将影响欧美地区近3亿家庭用户。同时，该片也将于11月7日在CNBC欧洲频道和美国频道早晚间黄金时段播出。
